Below are the ingredients you will be needing

  1. 1 Derica of sweet beans (oloyin)
  2. 5 medium size of onions
  3. Rodo
  4. 2 cooking spoons of paml oil
  5. smoked fish
  6. seasoning cube
  7. Salt

Method on How to Prepare beans porridge

  1. Pick your beans and set aside
  2. Blend your rodo and onions and set aside
  3. Debone the smoked fish and set aside
  4. Dice 4 medium size of onions and set aside
  5. Get a clean pot on fire, pour some water and allow it to boil
  6. Wash the beans and add into the boiling water to parboil it
  7. Rewash the beans and pour into pressure pot if you don’t have use any pot
  8. Add the diced onions
  9. Add seasoning cube to taste
  10. Salt to tast
  11. Cover it very well and put on fire
  12. Cook it for 20 minutes
  13. Once your pressure pot cools down open it and put it on fire again
  14. Put another pot on fire
  15. Add Palm oil let it fry a bit add onions
  16. And pour into the beans
  17. Add the smoked fish and blended pepper
  18. Allow it boil for 5 minutes
  19. Turn off the heat

And your beans in readyyyyyyyy

You can serve it with plantain, bread or garri
