Coleslaw simply means cabbage salad. It is a blend of finely shredded cabbage, carrots and a few other crunchy vegetables. It is then generously dressed with mayonnaise or salad cream. It can be eaten with jollof rice, fried rice, or just like that it’s very nutritious.

Below are the ingredients you will be needing

  1. 1 Medium size of cabbage
  2. 5 big size of carrots
  3. 2 Medium size of cucumber
  4. 1 medium size of Purple cabbage
  5. mayonnaise, or salad cream

Method on How to Prepare coleslaw

  1. Wash all the vegetables with clean water and Venega
  2. Cut the cabbage and set aside
  3. Scrape and shred the carrots using a grater, and set aside
  4. Cut the cucumber into cubes and set aside
  5. Now get a clean bowl and mix them together
  6. Add your cream and you are good to go
