Egg Roll Recipe

Below are the ingredients you will be needing:

  1. 10 Eggs
  2. 200 g of flour
  3. Half of milk cup of sugar
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. 50 g of butter
  6. Half serchet of nutmeg
  7. 1 table spoon of baking powder
  8. vegetable oil for the frying

Method of Making Egg Roll

  1. Boil your eggs and peel them and set aside
  2. Get a clean bowl, pour the flour
  3. Add the sugar
  4. Add the nutmeg
  5. Add the baking powder
  6. Add the salt
  7. Mix them together very well
  8. Then add the butter, mix it well
  9. Then add water not too much, and mix the dough very well
  10. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes
  11. Get a clean pot on fire
  12. Add vegetable oil
  13. Then start rolling your egg and your dough
  14. Once you roll it and it’s smooth, you put it inside the hut oil
  15. You can’t roll all of them down before frying it won’t stay
  16. So as you are rolling it, you are frying it.
  17. Fry till golden brown

And your egg roll is ready.
