Goat Meat Prepare Soup Recipe
Below are the ingredients you will be needing:
- 1200 g goat meat (washed clean and cut up)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2-3 scotch bonnet / habanero pepper (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Pepper soup spice
- 1-2 Tbsp coarsely ground crayfish
- 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 scent leaves (chopped)
- seasoning cube to taste
- Salt to taste
Method of making Goat Meat Pepper Soup
- Put a clean pot on fire
- Pow your washed goat meat inside
- Season it with seasoning cube and salt to taste with the diced onions and garlic
- Add water and cover it to cook
- Once it’s well cooked, add your chopped pepper (you can blend the pepper if you want)
- Add the pepper soup ingredients
- Add the crayfish and stir it
- Then taste it, if it still need seasoning cube and salt you can add
- Allow it to boil, then add the parsley leaves
- Turn off the fire.
