How to Prepare Rice Noodles

Noodle is a very delicious dish and can also be used as a side for other dishes like fried rice and jollof rice, and also Chinese rice. It’s served at parties and you can make it at home, it’s very fast to make. Almost all children love noodles, especially rice noodles. If you can try this recipe, you will love it.

Rice Noodles Recipe,

Below are the ingredients you will be needing to prepare noodles:

  1. 1 Pack of rice noodles
  2. 1 Bottle of oyster sauce
  3. 1 Bottle of sesame oil
  4. 3 Medium size of carrot
  5. 1 Big size of green pepper
  6. 1 Big size of yellow pepper
  7. 1 Big size of red pepper
  8. 1 Pack of chicken breast
  9. 2 Hand full of diced spring onions
  10. Seasoning cube
  11. Salt.

Method of Preparing Rice Noodles

  1. Get a clean pot on fire
  2. Add enough water into the pot
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Add little vegetable oil
  5. Allow the water to boil
  6. Add your rice noodles into the boiling water
  7. Let it boil for just a minute
  8. Turn it into a sieve
  9. Pour some cold water over it to cool it up
  10. Pour the cold noodles into a clean zip-lock and put it in the fridge
  11. Slice all your vegetables into long shapes
  12. Dice your spring onions
  13. Cut your chicken breast into long and tin shapes
  14. Get a wild shape fry Pan so that the noodles would not break into small shapes
  15. Add your sesame oil into the pan
  16. Add spring onions
  17. Add chicken breast
  18. Allow it to fry a bit
  19. Add your carrot
  20. Add your green pepper, red pepper,and yellow pepper
  21. Let it fry a bit.
  22. Add half bottle of oyster sauce
  23. Stir it very well
  24. Add the noodles, most times the noodles stick together, so you will just sprinkle a very small amount of water on it, to separate it
  25. Stir it very gently and add the rest of the oyster sauce
  26. And seasoning cube to taste, and salt to taste.
  27. And your rice noodles is ready.
