Method on How to Prepare Peppered Chicken
- Wash your chicken and marinate it very well
- With seasoning cube and salt
- Ginger and garlic
- Curry and Thyme with onions
- And leave it for 15 minutes so that all the seasonings can Penetrate Very well
- Pour into a clean pot and put it on fire
- Once it’s cooked then you can fry it into golden brown
- Blend your tomatoes pepper and onions together, don’t allow it to be smooth
- put another pot on fire
- Add vegetable oil
- Add some diced onions
- Add the blended tomatoes and pepper and onions
- Allow it to fry very well, then add seasoning cube to taste Salt to taste
