Egg Roll Recipe
Below are the ingredients you will be needing:
- 10 Eggs
- 200 g of flour
- Half of milk cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g of butter
- Half serchet of nutmeg
- 1 table spoon of baking powder
- vegetable oil for the frying
Method of Making Egg Roll
- Boil your eggs and peel them and set aside
- Get a clean bowl, pour the flour
- Add the sugar
- Add the nutmeg
- Add the baking powder
- Add the salt
- Mix them together very well
- Then add the butter, mix it well
- Then add water not too much, and mix the dough very well
- Allow it to rest for 5 minutes
- Get a clean pot on fire
- Add vegetable oil
- Then start rolling your egg and your dough
- Once you roll it and it’s smooth, you put it inside the hut oil
- You can’t roll all of them down before frying it won’t stay
- So as you are rolling it, you are frying it.
- Fry till golden brown
