Rice Noodles Recipe,
Below are the ingredients you will be needing to prepare noodles:
- 1 Pack of rice noodles
- 1 Bottle of oyster sauce,
- 1 Bottle of sesame oil
- 3 Medium size of carrot
- 1 Big size of green pepper
- 1 Big size of yellow pepper
- 1 Big size of red pepper
- 1 Pack of chicken breast
- 2 Hand full of diced spring onions
- Seasoning cube
- Salt.
Method of Preparing Rice Noodles
- Get a clean pot on fire
- Add enough water into the pot
- Add salt to taste
- Add little vegetable oil
- Allow the water to boil
- Add your rice noodles into the boiling water
- Let it boil for just a minute
- Turn it into a sieve
- Pour some cold water over it to cool it up
- Pour the cold noodles into a clean zip-lock and put it in the fridge
- Slice all your vegetables into long shapes
- Dice your spring onions
- Cut your chicken breast into long and tin shapes
- Get a wild shape fry Pan so that the noodles would not break into small shapes
- Add your sesame oil into the pan
- Add spring onions
- Add chicken breast
- Allow it to fry a bit
- Add your carrot
- Add your green pepper, red pepper,and yellow pepper
- Let it fry a bit.
- Add half bottle of oyster sauce
- Stir it very well
- Add the noodles, most times the noodles stick together, so you will just sprinkle a very small amount of water on it, to separate it
- Stir it very gently and add the rest of the oyster sauce
- And seasoning cube to taste, and salt to taste.
