- Fresh tomatoes
- Fresh rodo
- Onions
- Vegetable oil
- Smoked Titus Fish (mackerel)
- Seasoning cube
- Salt
Method of Preparing Smoked Titus Fish Sauce
- Wash your tomatoes and pepper and onions
- Blend them together, don’t allow it to be smooth and set aside
- Dice some onions and set aside
- Wash the titus fish and debone it and set aside
- Then put pot on fire, Add vegetable oil
- Allow it to be hot, then add Your diced onions
- Allow it to fry a bit
- Add your blended tomatoes and pepper and onions in the hot oil
- Start stirring it on till it’s well fried
- Add seasoning cube to taste
- And salt to taste
- Add your fish, and allow it to fry for another 2 minutes
- And your sauce is ready.
